Overview
ExpertRec provides a comprehensive analytics suite under the Reporting section of your dashboard. Use these reports to understand how customers search, what they click, and where you can improve the search experience. All reports support custom date ranges (day, week, month, or custom).

- Suggestions: See the most popular autocomplete suggestions and how often they are selected.

- Zero Result Searches: Identify queries that return no results. Use this to add synonyms, expand product descriptions, or fill catalog gaps. Target a zero-results rate below 5%.
