Analytics

Expertrec provides the most useful analytics on Search queries which can be utilized to make business decisions and discover what customers are looking for. The analytics can be viewed for the past day, week, month, or any custom date range.

Overview

The three main analytics that Expertrec provides are:

  1. General Statistics
  2. Search Result Analytics
  3. Suggestion Analytics

General Stats

The general statistics show the total number of searches done, the number of users who made use of the Search, and the total number of search queries that did not have any results.

Search result and Suggestion analytics

The Search Result and Suggestion Analytics are presented as a graph of the number of search queries over time for the Search results and the Suggestions dropdown respectively. The data can be exported as a CSV file as well.

Along with the graph, the Top Queries and Queries with no Results are also displayed under Search Result and Suggestion Analytics. The Search queries are ranked based on the number of times they were entered and are given a percentage according to the count. The data can be exported as a CSV file.
