In your Magento 2 admin panel, there is no provision to mention your sitemap URL. Usually, your Magento 2 sitemap is usually located @ yourwebsite.com/sitemap.xml

For example, if your website URL is https://www.graze.com, your sitemap will be located at https://www.graze.com/sitemap.xml

If you want to manage your magento 2 sitemap , go to stors-> configuration->Catalog-> XML sitemap
