How to change language in google custom search

Follow these steps to change the language in google custom search:

Go to your google custom search page https://cse.google.com/all and choose your search engine ( in case if you have more than one custom search engine.)
Go to setup->languages-> choose your language and click update.
As you can see in the image below this changes only certain elements of the page to your desired language and not the search results .
