⚙️ Installation
- Go to the BigCommerce App Marketplace and search for ExpertRec AI Search & Recommendations
- Click Get This App and log in to your BigCommerce store.
- Review and grant requested permissions (OAuth scopes) to enable data sync.
- After confirmation, your store is automatically registered with ExpertRec.
- An indexing process begins in the background to sync your store’s products and categories.
✅ Checking if the App is Working
Go to your store and test the search. (If the store was already open, please perform a hard refresh before testing.
- Autocomplete suggestions should appear instantly.
- Filters and sorting options should be visible in the search results.
You can monitor indexing progress and manage configuration settings in the ExpertRec Control Panel by clicking the Configure Search button from the ExpertRec BigCommerce App page.
